Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
- Lagos: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Other Nigerian states: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote locations: may take slightly longer depending on courier reach.
Shipping Notifications
You'll receive email and SMS updates when your order is confirmed, packed, dispatched and delivered.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. Use our Track Order page with your order number and email to check status any time.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by weather, public holidays, courier constraints or events outside our control. We will keep you informed if this happens.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Failed Deliveries
Couriers make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail and the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (fees may apply).
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours, that phone numbers are reachable, and that access to the location is possible for our courier partners.
