Coupons are single-use unless otherwise stated, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Minimum spend, product restrictions and expiry dates may apply.

We accept authorised payment methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Estimated timelines are guidelines and not guaranteed.

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the 7-day return window and item condition requirements.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

All products are subject to availability. Where an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

All content on the site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Roymarty and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
